Your Agent was dismayed to hear Pro Extreme Motorcycle rider Lance Hines made contact with the wall while testing yesterday afternoon at South Georgia Motorsports Park (SGMP).It was not until late last night, however, that your Agent was able to confirm Hines escaped serious injury, though he has a very sore left foot after his ‘09 Suzuki was blown into the right side wall by crosswinds whipping around the end of the main SGMP grandstands. Hines said when he corrected back to the left, his foot got caught under the peg and it tore a “quarter-sized hole down to the bone” out of his foot. The number-eight qualified Speedtech Battle for the Belts contender declared he’ll be ready to ride, though, when he faces off Oct. 23, with number-seven starter Charlie Prophit to determine who will go on to race in the championship-deciding tourney on day one of the LenMar Motorsports ADRL World Finals V at the Texas Motorplex in Ennis, TX.UPDATED 10/19/09: Your Agent received a photo today (right) depicting relatively minor damage to the exhaust on Hines’ bike after its brush with the SGMP wall.(ADRL/Rouweyha/Tocher file photos)http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/ADRLAgent660/~4/rLCk8r-VXj8
