Maybe GM shouldn't have bothered asking the government for money. There comes a prices for EVERYTHING.

I don't see what the big deal is. Chavez nationalized the oil industry and other companies. Russia has done the same with oil and gas. The Chinese government owns a portion of every major company in the country. BHO is just following the trend. :livid:

GM told BHO thanks, but no thanks in regards to their bailout money. I suspect we'll hear something from GM in the next few days.

Barry will not let this happen. It allows the company to void the union contracts and we all know Barry owes the unions for his new crib, the Whitehouse...

IIRC it was a big deal earlier this month. GM said we don't need your money in March, somethings have started to pay off.

Then I don't see how the Government is giving GM orders if what you're saying is true and I never heard this. I DID hear that FORD did not accept the money.
